Rebirth evolves with a new International English Edition

Following the success of our best selling board game Rebirth, we are excited to announce a new print edition of the game: Rebirth “International English Edition”.

This new edition has one simple goal: make Rebirth more accessible to a wider audience, at an affordable price point, while preserving the experience you all already love.

Thanks to manufacturing optimization and thoughtful refinements, this new Rebirth Edition will launch at a reduced MSRP of $42 USD, down from $55 USD – without compromising the quality, depth, or presence of the game.

What’s New for Rebirth

The International English Edition includes a series of subtle refinements designed to improve usability, durability, and production efficiency:

• The Castles have been reduced in size by about 20%. The game now also includes 12 not 14 castles (as you never need 14 Castles to play).
• The Cathedral tokens are reduced in size by about 16%.
• The box is tweaked in size slightly to fit an existing box tool and to better optimise freight (5mm reduction in depth).
• The Game Board is 10% smaller. We felt the board was a little too big in the original version. This makes the game fit more tables with no reduction in visibility.
• The cardboard receives an upgrade in its lamination to increase durability.
• 4 additional zip-lock bags are included for easier storage.
• The castle shaped player punch-outs will be removed. These were only added as we had free space on the old punchboard. The punchboard layouts have been optimized to reduce costs.

These changes were carefully considered to ensure the game feels, plays, and presents almost exactly the same as the original version.

What Remains the Same

• The full Rebirth gameplay experience is unchanged.
• The Cathedrals and Castles are still made of a wood/resin composite material made from recycled wood.
• All cardboard will remain the same in terms of thickness.
• The Game Board is still double sided; both Ireland and Scotland are included.

Availability

The original English version of Rebirth has now officially sold out. The International English Edition will serve as the next standard Edition moving forward.
